Staff Meeting Tuesday 13 June 2017

Thank you Bill and Alexis Rounsville for hosting and providing pizza!

We discussed the various conventions and events that we want to provide tabletop gaming for.

Lending Library

We will have a portable greenhouse full of table top games. Driver’s license or other form of ID will be required to check out.  Alexis will build a data base to catalog and manage check out/in.

I will most likely be on some panels during the convention and the RPG Trailer should be in attendance.

More con specific details need to be determined such as hours, space available, internet access and security

Tactical Solutions Oct 6-8

Harlan will be my Lieutenant and in charge when I am not available.  I suggest we run Convention-Created Content – or “CCC” for Adventures League. These are module originally only available at conventions like Origins, Gen Con, and Dragon Con.

Fan Nexus Oct 6-8

Bill Rounsville will be my Lieutenant and in charge when I am not available.  We will be running whatever we have available for Adventures League Season 7: Tomb of Annihilation. We will apply for a Premier or at least an older Epic.
